Но как то все пашет не совсем как хотелось бы(

This patch adds the option "ask" to the command !start. If !start ask is
evoked by an admin a big message will appear, asking if everyone is ready.
Then the players have 15 seconds to answer y, yes, ok, rdy or any of those
with a command descriptor (for example !) as leading character.
Also they can say !rdy before they get asked. They will remain marked as ready
for five minutes.
When all players are marked as ready and the rdy countdown is running, the
game will immediately start without further countdown.
If the countdown comes to zero and players are not ready, those players will
be kicked.

I added another command: !start rdy
This command waits until 10 players are properly pinged and below the
autokick ping value from ghost.cfg and then starts the rdy check.

+ fixed a bug where people who wrote !rdy within 15 seconds before the countdown
started where not counted as ready
+ fixed a bug where some people were counted as ready when ghost++ was started
in the last RDYTIME seconds (deault 5 min)

How to apply a patch (linux)

To apply the patch simply go to your ghost/ source directory and run:
patch -p0 < /path/to/the/rdycheck.patch

Then recompile your ghost.
